Parking At Pier Plaza Properties

Parking at Pier Plaza is provided by the City of Redondo Beach. Annual and monthly parking passes are available for purchase from the City of Redondo Beach. Please refer to the fee schedule below for more information on rates and validations.

City of Redondo Beach Parking Fee Schedule

Annual & Monthly Parking

1. $280.00 - Owners, Tenants, & Managers Annual Pier Pass

Annual passes MUST be purchased by January 31st of each year and are valid 7 days per week for Pier Plaza and Pier parking only. These passes are limited to owners, tenants, and management personnel only. Only annual passes purchased or renewed during January of each year are charged the posted "annual" rate.

2. $10.00 per month - Employee Monthly Pier Pass

Monthly passes are valid 5 days per week. This pass does not allow access to Pier Plaza or Pier parking on Saturdays and Sundays.

3. $35.00 per month - Employee Monthly Pier Pass

Monthly passes are valid 7 days per week for both Pier Plaza and Pier parking only. Monthly passes purchased within the month will be pro-rated.

4. Parking Validations

60 minute validation stamps (100 stamps per book) = $ 75.00
20 minute validation stamps (100 stamps per book) = $ 25.00

Visitor Parking

$0.50 per 20 minutes; maximum of $3 weekdays and $5 weekends in the winter, and $5 weekdays and $7 weekends in the summer (summer May 15 - Sept. 15); One Hour Free (with validation from participating merchants) for cars entering Pier and Plaza Parking Structures between 11am and 7pm Monday through Friday.
